We have tried cases before a variety of administrative agencies, in Town Court, New York State Supreme Court, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Family Court, Surrogate's (Probate) Court, Police Court, Traffic Court, Superior Court for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Federal District Court. We have processed appeals in the State of New York, Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Federal Court Systems. At Waite & Associates, P.C. we believe that all litigation should settle before trial occurs, making it unnecessary for you to appear before a judge and/or jury. If however, the opposing party is unwilling to settle for an amount reasonably related to the value of your claim,we are well experienced and well equipped to pursue a jury verdict at trial.
